How much is postage?

Standard UK postage starts from £3.95 and will be calculated at checkout based on your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive confirmation and tracking details.

What jewellery materials do you sell?

All of our jewellery is implant grade titanium which is hypoallergenic, nickel free and suitable for long term wear.

How do I know what size jewellery I need?

Jewellery sizes vary depending on the piercing and your individual anatomy. If you were pierced at Juvenis, we're happy to help you identify the correct size. If you were pierced elsewhere and are unsure, please contact us before ordering to avoid purchasing the wrong size.

Are your earrings sold individually or as a pair?

Our jewellery is priced and sold individually unless the product listing specifically states otherwise. If you would like a matching pair, simply add 2 of the same item to your basket. We sell jewellery individually because piercings are often placed asymmetrically, and you may only need one piece for a particular piercing or curation.

Can I request a different post length with my order?

All labret style jewellery is supplied with an 8mm post as standard. If you require a different post length, simply add a note to your order at checkout. Alternatively, please email info@juvenisbodypiercing.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order, using your order number as the subject line and letting us know which post length you require. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that post length requests received after this time may not be able to be accommodated if your order has already been processed.

How does threadless/push-fit jewellery work?

Threadless jewellery uses a push-fit mechanism rather than a traditional screw thread. The decorative end has a small pin (or stem) which is gently inserted into the hollow post, where tension holds the jewellery securely in place. The pin should always have a slight bend rather than being completely straight. If your jewellery starts to feel loose, the pin may have straightened slightly over time. A very gentle bend can be reintroduced to the pin to restore the tension and help secure the attachment again. Please never force or sharply bend the pin, as this can damage the jewellery. Tip: Threadless jewellery should feel secure but shouldn't require excessive force to insert or remove. If an attachment is repeatedly coming loose, it's worth having the jewellery and piercing checked by a professional piercer.

Can I return my purchase?

For hygiene reasons, body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is faulty or supplied in error.

Can I wear my purchase in any piercing?

Not necessarily. Different piercings require different gauges, lengths and styles of jewellery. Please contact us if you'd like advice before purchasing.

Will the jewellery tarnish or change colour?

The lifespan of your jewellery depends on the material and how it's cared for. Implant grade titanium is highly resistant to corrosion and discolouration, making it an excellent choice for everyday wear. To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals and clean it regularly.

How should I clean my jewellery?

Before inserting jewellery, wash your hands thoroughly and clean the jewellery with warm water and a mild soap. For healed piercings, regular cleaning will help remove build up and keep your jewellery looking its best.

Do you restock sold out items?

Many of our most popular pieces are restocked regularly, although some limited edition or bespoke designs may not return. If there's something you've got your eye on, keep checking back or contact us for availability.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available and make the perfect present for jewellery or future piercings. They can be purchased online or in the studio.
